Refund and Cancellation Policy – Gayathri’s Wardrobe

  • All Sales Final:
    All sales on our website are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for cases where the product is received damaged or defective.

  • Order Cancellation:
    Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submission.

  • We have 7 day replacement  if the replacement is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days

  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide a video recording taken while opening the parcel as proof. We may request additional photos or videos to verify the issue.

  • Resolution:
    Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Requests that do not meet our policy criteria, or are found to be fraudulent/abusive, will be denied.
